Resep Pangsit Gulung Isi Ubi Kurma Ayam

Cara membuatnya jg sangat gampang sekali bun, dan hanya membutuhkan waktu yg sangat singkat. Hanya mengukus ubi lalu dihaluskan dgn kurma kemudian bungkus sama kulit pangsit dan goreng. Cemilan ni sangat enak jika di makan ketika masih hangat, rasanya itu kriuk-kriuk manis gimanaaa gitu. Ubinya memakai ubi jingga / ubi madu yg rasanya manis banget, ada gurihnya sedikit, kemudian dipadukan dgn potongan-potongan kurma, pokoknya dpt membelai lidah kita hehehe... meskipun isian ubi kurmanya tak perlu menambahkan gula pasir, rasanya udah maniis. Pangsit Gulung Isi Ubi Kurma
Bahan-bahan yg di butuhkan untk membuat Pangsit Gulung Isi Ubi Kurma

1. Kulit pangsit sebanyak 8 sampai 10 lembar
2. Ubi jingga kukus sebanyak 175 gram
3. Kurma, buang bijinya, cincang sebanyak 50 gram
4. Margarin sebanyak 1 sendok makan
5. Air di campur dgn sedikit tepung secukupnya untk merekatkan kulit pangsit ketika di gulungkan
6. minyak goreng secukupnya untk menggoreng

Cara Membuat Pangsit Gulung Isi Ubi Kurma

• Masukkan 175 gram ubi yg sudah di kukus ke dlm wadah lalu haluskan hingga lembut, kemudian masukkan 1 sendok makan margarin, dan aduk sampai rata.
• Setelah itu masukkan 50 gram kurma yg sudah di cincang, dan aduk kembali hingga rata.
• Ambil 1 lembar kulit pangsit, lalu isi dgn 2 sendok makan adonan ubi kurma kemudian lipat dan gulung hingga padat, lakukan terus sampai semua adonan habis.
• Panaskan minyak goreng di atas wajan, kemudian goreng pangsit sampai matang dan warnanya berubah menjadi kecoklatan, kemudian angkat dan tiriskan minyak gorengnya dgn meletakan pangsit yg sudah matang di atas tisu dapur supaya cepat meresap minyaknya.
• Kini Pangsit Gulung Isi Ubi Kurma renyah dan enak siap untk di sajikan selagi masih hangat eumm yummy

Resep Kentang Panggang Mozzarella resep salad

• Kentang 500 g, kukus, haluskan
• Susu bubuk 25 g
• Mentega 30 g
• Garam ½ sdt
• Mustard ½ sdt
• Keju cheddar 150 g, potong kotak
• Keju mozzarella 100 g, iris tipis
• Daging asap 2 lembar, potong kotak
• Minyak goreng 500 g

Bahan pelapis

• Tepung roti 200 g
• Putih telur 2 butir, kocok rata
• Air 25 ml
• Garam ½ sdt

Cara membuat kentang panggang

1. Campur kentang, susu bubuk, mentega, garam dan mustard, aduk rata.
2. Ambil sedikit adonan kentang panggang, kemudian pipihkan, dan beri sepotong keju cheddar yg sudah dibungkus daging asap, berbentuk lonjong.
3. Pelapis kentang panggang: Campur air, telur, dan garam, semua bahan diaduk rata.
4. Celupkan adonan dlm campuran telur, gulingkan di tepung roti. Lakukan proses ni hingga dua kali. Diamkan sebentar dlm lemari pendingin.
5. Goreng hingga ¾ matang, angkat. Atur dlm loyang, letakkan seiris keju mozzarella. Panggangkentang hingga keju meleleh dan matang.
